These Terms of Use apply to your use of the ZipSphere installer and associated software (collectively referred to as the "Installer" and "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using ZipSphere, you ("you" or "user") acknowledge and accept these Terms and form a binding agreement with the operator of ZipSphere ("we," "us," or "our").
Ownership and Permitted Use
The Installer and Software are proprietary assets either developed by or licensed to us. Your use is governed by these Terms, which apply to all included functions, features, and software modules.
Agreement and Consent
By proceeding with the installation or use of the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not consent, you must discontinue use and remove all associated components from your system. We also recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.
Installation Process and System Modifications
When you initiate the setup, you authorize ZipSphere to install the Software and make system-level changes, which may include updates to registry entries or internet configurations.
During installation, you may encounter optional offers from third-party vendors. Accepting these offers is voluntary, and you can decline or exit installation at any time. Please note that exiting mid-process may leave residual files, which you may need to delete manually.
Once installation is completed, ZipSphere may be set as your default PDF utility. This action signifies your acceptance of its default behavior and terms of functionality.
License Grant and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Software.
You are not permitted to:
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Use of Third-Party Services

Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, designs, code, algorithms, and proprietary technology used in the Software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Your use does not confer any ownership rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The ZipSphere Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee error-free performance, compatibility, or uninterrupted service. Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Software.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $10 USD or the amount paid for the Software—whichever is less.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, enhance, or alter the Software at any time. By using the Software, you agree to receive such updates automatically. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by these changes.
Termination of Agreement
You may uninstall the Software at your convenience. We reserve the right to revoke your access and terminate this agreement without prior notice if we detect misuse or breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will be withdrawn.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipSphere, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Software.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Software after changes are made implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Legal Considerations
If any provision within these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our decision not to enforce any part of the Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written approval.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. All legal matters will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv. Any claims must be filed within 12 months of the issue arising.
